Susanne Mueller, M.A., grew up in Switzerland. Working for an airline brought her to New York City, to the Swiss Mission to the United Nations, and to Nestlé. She obtained her B.S. in psychology from Marymount Manhattan College in New York, and her M.A. in organizational development and leadership from Columbia University.
