Tania Marien is an independent environmental education professional. She is the host and producer of the Talaterra podcast and the community builder at The Trail Network and EE Forward, professional development and partnership-building initiatives for independent professionals who connect the public to the outdoors, science, and the environment through their work. Tania has an interdisciplinary studies Master’s degree in Biology & Student Learning. She has taught college biology as adjunct faculty and has many years of experience engaging with the public in informal learning environments like environmental education events, museums, and gardens. Her interest is in how people learn about the environment outside of the classroom.
