🏊♀️🚴♀️🏃♀️ Seven Times and Counting: How Audra Mallow Turns Ironman Grit Into Life's Greatest Lessons 🔹 Finance by day, Ironman by dawn - Managing money for high-net-worth families while logging serious training miles. Early mornings aren't the exception, they're just life. 🔹 Crisis sparked the first race — The 2008 financial crisis was the unlikely starting gun. When negativity surrounds you, extreme focus becomes the escape valve. 💥 🔹 The Executive Challenge program — Her entry point into Ironman was designed for time-crunched, high-achieving professionals. Heavy weekend training, moderate weekdays. Proof that structure beats excuses. 🔹 Why Ironman attracts high achievers — It's about pushing into the unknown as adults. Starting something you're not sure you can finish and then finishing it is a rare and powerful feeling. 🎯 🔹 Every race teaches adversity — Bike breaks down mid-race? Client says no? Same lesson applies: adapt, problem-solve, and keep moving forward 🔹 USA Triathlon Foundation — three pillars — Youth involvement 👦, Access for all ♿, and Igniting Olympic dreams 🥇. Board meetings even start with a workout. Because of course they do. 🔹 Elevate 28 — the big mission — Raising $28 million for LA 2028 Olympic athletes. Every dollar now means more time to develop future Olympians. Qualifying points are already being earned. 🔹 Roth, Germany — bucket list race — 30 athletes traveling together with Ironman GOAT Mark Allen as their guide. 🔹 Making America more fit — The vision: everyone can swim, bike, or run something. Multi-sport festivals mean no excuses, no barriers, just movement. 🔹 Rebuilding through it all — Lost her home in the Palisades fire in January 2025. Still training. Still competing. Still showing up. That's the Ironman mindset off the course. 💪
