Henrike's Biography: Born in Bremen (Germany), I was raised in Spain’s Canary Islands, attended a British School then headed to the Caribbean via the UK, but Berlin was where I finally found my perfect, truly international home. Since finishing my studies, I’ve found Berlin to be the ideal location for staying connected to the world and for building global networks - from the US to Asia. In my heart I’m still an islander and love to be close to the water, while as a passionate paraglider I also love to reach for the skies! FAIRPAY I have one goal: fair pay for everyone. Equal pay concerns everyone, women as men, politics as economy: it is an economic and political issue. To support companies and organizations by showing them ways of contributing to close the gender pay gap, I recently founded the Fair Pay Innovation Lab.
