Bill Schuffenhauer is a three-time Olympian and silver medalist in bobsleigh for Team USA. He is also an executive leadership coach, speaker, and partner in 13 companies, a happily married man enjoying his grandchildren when he does not work. Olympic and Paralympic Advocacy: Bill is actively involved in the Olympic and Paralympic communities, serving as a leader and advocate. He believes Paralympians, who overcome significant physical challenges, are the true definition of resilience and leadership. Bill is working on initiatives to increase visibility and support for the Paralympic movement and aims to be actively involved in future Olympic Games, including the 2034 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City.
