Talking how the journey from Finance to Marketing to PR to Coaching can help Managing a Boutique Hotel. Hello, I am Ozge Utan, I am from Istanbul, Turkey. I graduated from International Finance where I only had a few years of banking experience after I graduated. After noticing my lack of interest in banking I’ve decided to change my path. I did a Professional Coaching program at NYU in 2011. Coaching and New York together was a great experience. After I finished my studies, I returned to Turkey to work on my new path – which lasted only a couple of years. In 2014 I needed to support my father in a hotel construction. Due to some unexpected happenings in Istanbul we ended up opening the hotel by ourselves in 2015 and now I am running Lampa Design Hotel in Istanbul.
