International Women's Day started out with a Panel Discussion with focusing on the European Aspect: Equal fair pay for all is just the way to go in order to achieve the SDG’s. If all get paid fairly, work will become easier, employees are more motivated. In a M&A situation it would be the right time to look at pay structures. Soft skills are the hardest to teach? Why are they called soft skills? Soft skills can be used to convey the right message.
