Her ability to convey the message empathetically and effectively on topics that advances communication, collaboration, and growth across multiple cultures makes her a unique asset in projects and programs alike. Lara holds an Online Master of Science in Education in Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University, in addition to certifications in Coaching, Sustainable Development, Project Management, International Negotiations and Multiple Intelligences from prominent educational institutions such as Fundação Getulio Vargas, NYU and Harvard University.
